Eight characteristic apartments situated in the town of San Gimignano, in one of the oldest wineries of the area, the property of the Guicciardini, a noble Florentine family. The building dates back to the 15th century. Its position is unique in that it is inside the old town walls that were moved in the 15th century in order to incorporate the church and convent of St Augustine, who was very important to the people of San Gimignano. Access to the winery is through one of the town's walls. Simply and fully furnished in rustic style in tune with its environment. Central heating, final cleaning included in price.
First floor: small living room with dining area, double sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV, cooking area (fridge 140lt).
Second floor (without door): one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. View of one of San Gimignano's small streets.
At guests disposal: washing machine (room outside), hairdryer in main bathroom of each apartment. Baby-bed (please request when booking - included in price). Paid parking at 200m. Small pets allowed.
