Three apartments in an ancient farmhouse that has been restored in an essential manner, in accordance with its ancient structure and original materials such as terracotta floors. 50m away is a small, charming and characteristic hamlet of 8 apartments with swimming pool and restaurant service reserved for the guests. Peaceful, shaded and dominating position (750m alt. a.s.l.). Magnificent views of the Chianti Classico hills, with the city of Siena on the horizon. Simple and rustic style furnishings reflecting its environment. Central heating. Access along 1.5km of unpaved road in good condition.
Upper ground floor (8 steps): small dining room with lounge area (sofa that seats 2), fireplace, TV and access onto a small charming terrace (1.5m x 2.5m) with beautiful views, small kitchenette (oven, 140lt fridge) open to the dining area, large double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.
Private, equipped and shaded outdoor area (gravel).
At guests disposal: shaded outdoor area with lawn and gravel around the house, ancient bread oven. 70m away and shared with the guests of the hamlet: beautiful panoramic swimming pool (7.5m x 15m, depth 0.90m - 2.20m, open 01/05 – 27/10, every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). Upon reservation, small breakfast and dinner service in a pleasant room with charming terrace with pergola. Please request when booking and pay on site: baby bed (included in the price).
