This entirely renovated part of an old house, Andalusia style, offers in the
ground floor:
- an entry with fire place
- a large living room/kitchen with a marvellous sight on the fields around
- a bathroom
- two WCs
- bedroom 1 with two single beds, separated just by a curtain from the living room
- bedroom 2 with two bed sofas, closed by a door. The staircase starts here to lead you
upstairs:
- bedroom 3 with a double bed, without a door between the room in ground floor and this one, opening on a
- large terrace of 35 m˛
You'll find a BBQ, a further fridge and the washing machine in an outbuilding and attached to it a brick-build bakery-oven.
4000 m˛ of fruit and olive garden is part of the plot.

You will be able to appreciate the view of the Castle of Lorca, perfectly illuminated the evening, adding a fairy-like and romantic note the long and mild evenings, in the moonlight.
