Its location makes it ideal for golfers, situated, near the Golf Clubs Canyamel, Son Servera and Pula Golf. Also, the house is near the caves of Arta.
The municipality of Capdepera unites the touristic points of interest of the eastern part of Majorca island: Cala Ratjada, Font de Sa Cala, Canyamel y Cala Mesquida.
Almost an untouched part of the Island, with kept traditions, great natural spaces and numerous virgin beaches.
In the mountain ranges of Llevant are the valleys of "Sa Mesquida", where we find the most important Dune chain of Majorca "Munt Gros" and the "Valley of Canyamel" in the southern part where is a river that discharges at the beach of Canyamel.
These two zones have a great natural landscaping value, declared by the Balearic Government "Natural Areas of special Interest".
It has 42 km of coast and most of its coves and beaches have been awarded by the EC with the Blue Flag. These characteristics allow the visitor to enjoy nature, and to become enchanted by the beauty that surrounds him.
